The polls for tomorrow’s open Garden State gubernatorial campaign have been remarkably consistent since the June primary nominated former US Ambassador to Germany and Wall Street executive Phil Murphy (D) and Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno (R). What may be the cycle’s last poll is no exception. Rasmussen Reports (10/31-11/1; 800 NJ likely voters) finds Mr. Murphy’s lead to be 15 points, 50-35%, a range that has varied little over the past five months. The Democrat is expected to easily convert the NJ Governorship in tomorrow’s election. Gov. Chris Christie (R) is ineligible to seek a third term.
