Special election Democratic nominee Rob Quist has raised an impressive $2.3 million during just the last month according to the new Federal Election Committee disclosure report. For the campaign, he has captured more than $3.26 million in a national fundraising effort. It appears that independent and party spending has reached just over $3.9 million for Gianforte versus only $632,000 from groups aiding Quist. The special election is May 25th.
