Going into tomorrow’s jungle primary election, Opinion Savvy, the only polling firm to include all 18 candidates on its ballot test questionnaire, again finds Democrat Jon Ossoff leading the pack of contenders. He reaches 41.5% support on the OS survey, to be the top candidate by a large margin but still falls well short of the 50% majority mark that would allow him to win outright. Former Secretary of State Karen Handel is a clear second place finisher. Opinion Savvy is the only firm also to consistently place Handel in the second position with a wide margin between her and the remaining top Republican candidates. All of the other firms find the Republican candidates closely bunched. The question for tomorrow is who will advance with Ossoff to the June 20th special general election.
