The third Democratic gubernatorial candidate announced his intentions to challenge first-term Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R), yesterday. State Sen. Steve Farley (D) officially entered the Democratic primary race, joining Arizona State University professor David Garcia and marketing executive Noah Dyer. The Democratic leadership is hoping to recruit a stronger challenger for Gov. Ducey, most particularly Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton.
