Congressman Bob Dold is currently in his second term serving the people of Illinois’ 10th Congressional District.
After high school, he continued a family tradition and earned a B.A. from Denison University. He later earned a law degree from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Prior to being elected to Congress in 2010, Dold served as President of his family’s business.
Dold's Congressional Office website states:
"While government itself does not create jobs, the policies that Washington puts in place directly impact the health of our economy. It's imperative that Congress and the White House act to ease the financial burden on families while also making American businesses more competitive in the global marketplace."
