BIPAC Action Fund Endorsed Winner Rep. Collin Peterson (D) has won re-election. Peterson faced one of the more competitive races in his career. He was challenged by state Sen. Torrey Westrom (R) who was left blind at 14 by a farming accident. Peterson, one of the few remaining Blue Dogs in the House was endorsed by much of the business community, including BIPAC and NFIB, along with the AFL-CIO, American Federation of Teachers and the Minnesota Farmers Union. The congressman was first elected in 1990 and is currently the top Democrat on the House Agriculture Committee. Peterson scored 86% on BIPAC's 112th Congress voting record. Results C.
